Work backward from the date.
List what you need, when you need it, and which booking depends on another. Confirm the venue or service timing before arranging a rental that only works for that slot.
Review each offer and business separately. Sharing a platform does not mean the providers have agreed to coordinate with each other or that the whole project has one combined price.
Keep each handoff explicit.
Record who is collecting equipment, what access a provider needs, and when items should be returned. Use the individual orders and tickets to find the information available for each part.
When a plan changes, check each affected booking. A changed event date does not automatically move a separate rental or service request.
The vision: packages around a whole project.
We want a package to bring services, rentals, Stints, and other resources together around an outcome. For a wedding, that could mean the venue, photographer, DJ, and equipment. For a home project, it could mean the trades, materials, deliveries, and tools.
The longer-term role of the SRVZ agent is to help coordinate the quotes, schedules, and dependencies between those pieces. This is the direction we are building toward; today’s separate bookings retain the arrangements you confirm with each business.

Does SRVZ automatically manage the whole project?
Do not assume that. Separate offers may have separate confirmations and arrangements. Keep the dates and handoffs clear with each provider.
Can I find the different parts in the same account?
Supported orders and tickets can be found in SRVZ’s Orders area. Each record keeps the information and status appropriate to that activity.
Can I book an automatically coordinated package today?
Coordinated packages are part of the product vision described here. Today, use supported individual bookings and confirm each provider’s scope, timing, and price. The shared account keeps those records easier to find.
