Your plans deserve a home of their own.

A rental for Friday, a home-service request, and a ticket for the weekend should be easy to find again. SRVZ brings supported orders and tickets into one account, while keeping each activity’s own details and status.

Start in Orders.

The Orders area brings together service, rental, menu, and Stint records. Its Tickets view holds your event tickets. Use the relevant view and status to find the thing you need to follow up on.

A job waiting for acceptance is different from an active rental or an event ticket. The records stay organized around the actual work instead of pretending every transaction has the same lifecycle.

One account, with the details that matter.

Open the individual record for the information available for that booking or order. Revisit the provider, request details, and progress rather than trying to reconstruct the plan from memory.

The shared account does not merge separate purchases into one contract or guarantee that providers coordinate with each other. Confirm dates, prices, and changes with the businesses involved.

Explain less the next time.

Your order history is a useful starting point today: return to the business, request details, and records available in your account. The larger vision is persistent customer context, so you can choose useful information once and reuse it when another job needs it.

Think of a room scan, lawn measurements, relevant home-system details, or preferences from previous choices helping with a later service request. We are building toward that experience, with the customer deciding what information is relevant and what to share.

One place for the outcome, not only the booking.

A wedding can involve a venue, photographer, DJ, and equipment rental. A home project can involve several trades, deliveries, and tools. Our packages vision brings those resources around one project, with agents helping coordinate quotes, timing, and dependencies.

Today, use the individual orders and tickets to keep each confirmed arrangement clear. Coordinated packages and broader reuse of customer context describe the direction beyond that shared account.

Common questions

Do I need a different SRVZ account for every category?

No. Supported services, rentals, menus, Stints, and event tickets use the same SRVZ account, with views appropriate to each kind of activity.

Does one account mean one combined checkout for a whole project?

Not necessarily. Offers may use separate orders and confirmation processes. Review each booking and provider’s terms.

Will SRVZ reuse my property details for every provider automatically?

Reusable property and project context is part of the longer-term vision. The aim is for you to choose which useful details to reuse and share. Current orders keep their own information and provider-defined requirements.
